Ingredients:
800g boiled and mashed potatoes
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon wheat flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
Butter for greasing
Filling:
2 tablespoons of butter
1 chopped onion
300g desalted beef jerky, cooked and shredded
1 chopped tomato
Salt and chopped parsley to taste
1 cup of catupiry® type curd cheese
Preparation mode:
For the filling, heat a skillet with butter over medium heat and fry the onion and dried meat for 2 minutes. Add the tomato, salt, green smell and sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off and book.
In a bowl, mix the potato, egg, butter, cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper until you get a smooth puree. one with the Catupiry® and the other with the rest of the puree.
Take to the low fire for 10 minutes or until firm and lightly golden. Turn over a plate and turn again over the skillet to gold on the other side. Serve then, sprinkled with parsley.
