🧀 Cheesecake Layer:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
🍍 Royal Topping:
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well-drained
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- Optional: chopped macadamia nuts or toasted almonds for topping

1. Make the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt.
- Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
