Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or macadamia nuts (optional)
  • 1–2 bananas, sliced (optional, best if serving same day)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Fluffy Base

In a large bowl, beat together:

  • Softened cream cheese
  • Sweetened condensed milk

Mix until smooth and creamy (no lumps!).

2. Fold in the Good Stuff

Gently fold in:

  • Whipped topping
  • Crushed pineapple
  • Shredded coconut
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Nuts (if using)

If you’re adding sliced bananas, fold those in just before serving to prevent browning.

3. Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until nicely chilled and set.
  • For best flavor and texture, chill overnight.

4. Serve

  • Scoop into bowls, cups, or a trifle dish.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries, a sprinkle of coconut, or even a little crushed graham cracker for a tropical parfait vibe.

🍧 Tips & Variations:

  • Piña Colada Vibe? Add a splash of rum extract or a few spoonfuls of drained crushed pineapple + coconut cream.
  • Low Sugar Option: Use sugar-free whipped topping and reduced-sugar condensed milk.
  • Make it pink! Add a little maraschino cherry juice for a pastel hue.
