Ingredients:
🍪 Edible Cookie Dough:
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
🍫 Brownie Layer:
- 1 box fudge brownie mix, baked as directed and cooled
(or use homemade brownies — make sure they’re super fudgy, not cakey)
🍫 Chocolate Coating:
- 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or candy melts)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- Optional: Sprinkles, sea salt, or white chocolate drizzle for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Edible Cookie Dough:
- In a large bowl, beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in milk and vanilla.
- Add heat-treated flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch). Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill in freezer for 15–20 minutes.
🔥 To heat-treat flour (make it safe to eat): microwave for 1–2 minutes or bake at 350°F for 5–6 minutes, then cool.
