Ground beef rocambole always a delight

Ingredients:
1 kg of ground meat
1 sachet of onion cream powder (68g)
1 egg
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Salt and chopped chives to taste
Olive oil for greasing and drizzling

Filling:
200g sliced ham
200g sliced provolone cheese

Preparation mode:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion cream, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and chives until a homogeneous mass is formed. Spread the dough over a large piece of aluminum foil, forming a rectangle. Over the meat, make a layer with the slices of ham and provolone. Roll up like rocambole with the help of aluminum paper and place in a greased form. Drizzle with olive oil and place in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Remove, transfer to a platter, sprinkle with chives and serve
