Ingredients:
For the pie base:
1 egg
2 cups of oat flour
5 full tablespoons of melted butter
3 tablespoons of sugar (I used demerara sugar)
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients until you get a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands, if it sticks, just add more oat flour (little by little), preheat the oven to 180 degrees, spread this dough into a mold with a removable bottom (I used a 20 cm) and spread well in the center and sides. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
For the chocolate part:
2 condensed milk recipes
1 tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 can or box of cream milk .
Mix everything and lead to low fire always stirring for approximately 6 minutes! Do not leave more than that because it can pack, after ready, throw it over the base of the pie.
For the milk part:
2 condensed milk recipes
3 full tablespoons of powdered milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 can of cream milk or box .
Method of preparation:
Stir all of this over low heat for approximately 6 minutes and pour over the chocolate part, leave in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Finish with sifted powdered milk.
