Decadent Peanut Butter and Chocolate Éclair Delight Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 container (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (16 oz) chocolate frosting
Directions:
Arrange a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes.
Stir in peanut butter into the pudding mix until smooth.
Fold in half of the whipped topping.
Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
Repeat layers of graham crackers and peanut butter mixture.
Cover with a final layer of graham crackers.
Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.
