Decadent Pecan Pie Muffins: A Miniature Twist on the Classic Dessert

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan or line it with muffin liners.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and flour.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then blend in the melted butter. Stir this wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
