Royal Hawaiian Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients:

🧈 Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

🧀 Cheesecake Layer:

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

🍍 Royal Topping:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • Optional: chopped macadamia nuts or toasted almonds for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt.
  • Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool completely.
