Rustic potatoes without oil

Ingredients:

5 large potatoes, cut into moon shapes (no need to peel, just wash well)
Salt, olive oil, black pepper, oregano, sweet paprika and rosemary.

Method of preparation:

Cook the potatoes in salted water until they are al dente soft, but be careful not to overcook, okay?
Drain the potatoes and place them all in a baking dish. Season with salt, olive oil, black pepper, oregano, paprika and rosemary. Mix everything very well with your hands. Then arrange the potatoes in the baking dish and take it to the oven at a temperature of 250 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until they are very golden.
