No-Bake Lemon Eclair Cake


Lemon Bliss Eclair Delight

Ingredients:

2 packages (3.5 ounces each) instant lemon pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 container (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package (16 ounces) graham crackers
1 can (16 ounces) chocolate frosting
Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Set aside for 5 minutes to thicken.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Arrange a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers over the pudding layer, then spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the final layer of graham crackers.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving to allow the cake to set.
