PAPAITAN RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 kl papaitan mix (intestine/liver/heart/kidney) sliced

22 grams Knorr Sinigang sa SampalocMix(optional)

1 piece onion chopped

3 thumbs ginger

5 cloves garlic crushed

3 piece long green pepper sliced

3 red chili chopped

1liter water

beef bile to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons cooking oil

1beef cubes

1pack alibangbang leaves or sampalok leaves (optional) chopped

Procedures:

1. Wash papaitan intestine. Boil with ginger and dried bay leaves for 45 minutes.

2. Remove from the pot and drain

3. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until onion softens.

4. Add papaitan . Sauté until it turns light brown.

5. Pour water into the pot. Let it boil. Adjust heat to low. Continue boiling until tenderizes.

6. Add bile. Stir. Cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.

7. Add Knorr Sinigang sampalok Mix.

Put long green,peppers red chili and alibangbang leaves,beef cubes into the pot and season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir. Cook for 5 minutes.

8. Ready to Serve and Enjoy 😉
